二、如何练好英语口语
shadowing就是影子跟读。找一段自己喜欢的原声（比如慢速VOA），一边听里面人物讲话，一边略微延迟、脱稿跟读。模式类似同声传译，只不过不是翻译，而是复述。这样，耳朵-大脑-嘴巴联动，需要高度沉浸、精力集中。这比光听不动、纯粹磨耳朵，要烧脑得多了，也有效得多了。
因为这个方法，一方面用输出倒逼输入，听力-思维-口语，整条管道必须彻底打通，才能高速运转、无缝shadow；另一方面，以极小的时差，词贴词、句贴句地模仿，会沾染对方的发音方式、表达方式，还会下意识地切入英语思维。
三、正确的从零开始学英语
坦白说，英语并没有想象中那么难，但是确实需要花时间。很多人坚持学了一段时间，英语还是老样子不会说听不懂写不出，于是心生沮丧就放弃了。不是所有东西都能轻而易举地获得，语言也一样，需要付出努力。如果你不信，不妨去问那些英语厉害的童鞋，绝大多数人都是通过长时间的投入和大量的练习才达到这个水平的。有关资料显示，有些语言至少需要2760个小时（115天）来学习才能够达到精通的水平，没有人能做到在毫无目的的情况下付出如此努力。所以你要认真想想，你为什么学英语，把那些能激励你的目的都写下来，时刻作为不断上进的动力。
