二、托福作文写作格式

1、首先关于篇幅:

请大家务必要把新托福作文字数保持在300字以上,比较好能有400字左右。

2、其次是托福作文格式(style):

是不是按照ETS所要求的论文体(academic)来写的。

3、看你在托福写作文章中是否有修辞:

大家不妨在文章中使用排比、拟人、比喻等修辞手法,甚至引用和倒装这样的假修辞都会是你的加分法宝。

4、要注意关键句的句型:

关键句是指首段观点句、理由段首句和结论段首句。关键句一定要使用复杂句,比较好是使用倒装句或强调句。

5、用词是否多样化:

同一意思尽量用不同的词来表达而不要重复。

6、文章标题用引号。

7、书名用斜体。

8、每段的第一行要空格,即留出4至5个字母的空格。

三、如何备考托福写作

1. 独立写作首要重点就是能限时写完作文,为了能从容写完作文我们得在考前做大量的构思和写作练习。如果备考时间比较紧迫导致考场时间把控不熟练,我建议大家可以采取写两个比较丰满的主体段,然后补充一个简短的让步段;或者将三个主体段的字数根据自己的情况同比例进行压缩,保证能够在30分钟内写完。

2. 很多同学喜欢写很长的句子,大多数同学其实没有能力驾驭长句,只是用简单的短句进行拼接和套句,句子中间使用逗号连接甚至什么都不加。这种长句宁可切分成短句,或者有意识地增添逻辑联结词和从句。

3. 托福写作是可以使用生活中例子支撑观点的,换句话说,大家可以现场编例子。但是不建议大家在缺乏老师专业指导训练的情况下编调查报告和科学原理,一些常识性的错误会让考官对你“刮目相看”,造成不必要的丢分。

4. 托福写作写作目前对于逻辑的重视程度逐年增加,开头段和主体段要有呼应关系,主体段内部各个句子要前后有联系,递进关系和因果关系是最常用的,一定要用好。如果不熟练的话,每段都可以按照:观点-解释-例子-分析-总结 的流程来写。

5. 让步段是我一直推荐大家写好例证之后优先要掌握的技巧,但是写好一个让步段并不简单,特别是要写出一个字数达标,逻辑完整的让步段还是需要大家有比较强的思辨能力的,对于大多数同学举例子是非常实用的方法,反驳一定要以理服人,不要拖泥带水,能一句话反驳的就不要兜兜转转,绕圈子说话。

6. 如果时间空余,能力足够的话建议三个主体段字数尽量平均一些,不要出现特别明显的字数差异,即使某个观点特别有话聊也不要写得过长,文字驾驭能力不仅体现在能写长,还要能写短。
