1、Yes, there is. And this is that I can finally feel energetic about my study after a long time. I mean I haven't been working so hard on my study for a long time. The last time when I was so concentrating on books was the time in my 3rd year of my high school. Back then, I was preparing for the entrance examination for universities. You know this examination is said to be the toughest examination in China. We have a saying to describe the serious competitiveness that is “the thousands of troops and horses running through a narrow bridge with the implication that 意味着lots of students couldn't pass these examinations and therefore they may lose the opportunity to get further education. In these climates, I spent the most fighting time in my life and I got a university life.
Now comes another stage in my life (where) I'm standing on the crossroads of my life journey. As I would like to continue my study ,my energy and ambition come back to me .I feel happy that I can engage with the preparation for examinations
2、I don't think staying happy is an easy thing .it feels like the older we are, the more difficult we can feel happy. And it feels like feeling happy more belongs to the privilege of children.
In order to feel cheerful, several solutions can be practiced.
One is to make friends with whom you can share how you feel. Whenever you feel sad, at least you have somebody who can listen to you. Whenever you feel happy, you have someone to celebrate with. Otherwise, what a lonely feeling we would feel
Another solution is to engage yourself with activities no matter it is indoor sports or outdoor sports. These kind of activities will offer you access to boosting both your mood and your energy.
Basically, these are two ways you can practice to keep joyous
3、I don't think so. And I don't think anybody can.
In terms of the mood of human beings. It's not a straight line , Instead, it experiences frustrations with the peak as well as the bottom. The importance is not to stay climax all the time, but try to keep your mood in a controllable range where you can avoid being disturbed by the ups and downs of your mood. And this ability is what we need to practice and they are the symbol of being mature.
4、In terms of this question, my ideas tend to be mixed. I do agree being happy is a beneficial thing. But I also find the argument that sometimes a low spirit also contributes to be equally persuasive.
Being happy is always a good thing because people tend to like a happy person instead of the opposite .Happiness can create an environment where we can easily get along with each other and have a smooth flow with our work.
However, staying happy consumes us.In other words, sometimes if we are in a somehow low mood or in a in a stable mood, it is the body itself tries to recover us. The body settles us in a conservative situation that we can get some rest .
In closing, the implication is that take advantage of your variation of your moods, either in a happy mood or in a not so happy mood.
